Experimental Editing
We experimented the use of some different editing techniques in Final Cut Pro, and this video is the result.
We learnt how to changed the speed of a video clip, how to crop, rotate and scale a video clip, how to create and add colour corrections and how to edit jump shots.
We not only learnt how to use these editing techniques but we learnt why we would use them. For example, to use slow motion to emphasise an action. The use of a black and white colour correction to add to the dull atmosphere of the video content. Using jump cuts to break up "boring" sections of the video.
Good use of editing for this clip, especially when you used slow motion to show the action of when the character threw the piece of paper. You could have used faster cuts in order to make the clip even more exciting.
